The Freeport Watch Manufacturing Co. purchases the factory equipment from the Mozart Watch Co. for $1,000 cash and $50,000 stock.

Fire destorys the Freeport Watch Fanufacturing Co. factory and all equipment and material is lost. Having only been insured for $30,000, the company decides to disband. Many officiers and stockholders of the company are brought to trial, suspected of arson, but found not guilty.
