Note: 90383 is 16 size. It is also a J.P. Stevens (SN # 1503) based on the 17 s State Street ebauche. These were leftover NY Springfield movements finished by Hampden, Stevens versions are reported to fit early Elgin style 16s cases, which this does. Plates possibly turned down when finished, either by Hampden or Stevens. Advertised as adjusted to temperature and isochronism .
