Note: This Elgin is a wrist watch. Stamped on the plate is: F114355, 15 jewels 4 adjustments, Grade 642 and has an Incabloc Balance but also has USA on the movement. Elgin must have borrowed some ideas from the Swiss on the balance cock. Watch runs great after a cleaning/oiling.
